Transportation
Gaia Riverlodge offers transportation from the Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City. You can arrange for a private transfer with the lodge, or take a domestic flight to Maya Flats Airstrip near San Ignacio, where the lodge can pick you up. The drive from San Ignacio to the lodge is approximately 1.5-2 hours, mostly on unpaved roads, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.
